Living Joy Ministries, Inc. was founded in 1989 for the purpose of training and equipping believers to minister to the Lord and to humanity. The ministry was incorporated in 1992. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, this ministry offers a variety of services to the Body of Christ. The ministry employs all aspects of media to send forth the message of Jesus Christ.

Living Joy Ministries, Inc. is a ministry that engages every means possible to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our mission is “Equipping Believers Of All Ages For Eternity”. This is accomplished by workshops, books, electronic media, and community outreach projects.

Marsha Deveaux Johnson is an ordained minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ and president of Living Joy Ministries, Inc. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree at Bethune-Cookman College (1970)in elementary education and a masters degree (1975) in Education at the University of Central Florida (Formerly Florida Technological University). She earned her Doctorate of Philosophy in Theology at Zoë Bible College in Jacksonville, FL (1990).  She was ordained in the College Chapel in August of 1990.  She has written inspirational books all of her adult life starting with a publication of poems, “Because I Live”, in 1974.  Since that time she has added 15 books to her publication list.  She is also a psalmist, authoring many original praise and worship songs.

David Johnson is an ordained minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ and vice president of Living Joy Ministries, Inc. He earned his ministry degree at Zoë Bible College, Jacksonville, FL . For twenty-five years David has served in the business community of Orlando, FL.  During this time, he has also served to further the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ with the work of the ministry as vice president of Living Joy Ministries, Inc.  He is a psalmist, having authored many praise and worship songs that honor God and usher believers into His presence.  He was ordained as a minister of the gospel in  August of 1990 at Zoë Bible College Chapel in Jacksonville, Florida.

He has hosted and spoken at  retreats and conferences and ministers with the anointing of the Lord. David is also a dedicated nature photographer and has an impressive collection of spectacular images. He has exibited his photographs for two consecutive years (2013,2014) in Orange County City Hall's rotunda during Black History Month.

Ceretha Leon

Ceretha holds two masters degrees, a Masters in Public Administration from Florida State University and a Masters Degree in Bible and Theology from Faith Christian University. She has served the community on numerous Boards to include Harbor House, Esteem, Inc. and Frontline Outreach. She has participated in numerous task forces and was a founding member and first chair for the Florida Association of County Clerks (FACC) Human Resource Workgroup. Ceretha Leon is Vice President of Living Joy Ministries. She is an ordained minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the co-author of two books and has hosted a local radio program.
